Two Corinth residents are facing animal cruelty charges after Saratoga County deputies say five dogs were found without proper food during a welfare check at a Mill Street home. Twenty-two year old Jasmine Squilla and 44 year old Fatemeh Safaie-Mojarad were released on appearance tickets, and the dogs were taken to an animal shelter.
